The spectrum of our treatment plan begins with the most conservative first, prior to proceeding to more invasive techniques. This kind of treatment plan emphasizes a team approach and functional restoration. Ergonomic assessment and injury prevention programs (ErgoMedical Consultants) are implemented. Each patient is evaluated by Dr. Emad who then designs and implements an individualized care plan. This level of individual attention is necessary to ensure the best possible treatment for patients with a broad range of disabilities.
As many acute and chronic painful conditions are related to psychosocial imbalances, cognitive behavioral interventions, biofeedback and neuromuscular re-education by pain psychologists are implemented.
